Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ: CNXC) reported mixed financial results in its latest Form 10-Q for the quarter ended May 31, 2026, posting modest revenue growth while continuing to navigate profitability challenges. Quarterly revenue increased 1.9% year over year to $2.46 billion, reflecting steady demand for the company’s customer experience and technology solutions despite a cautious business environment. Net income improved to $55.3 million, up from $42.1 million in the prior-year period, while diluted earnings per share rose to $0.86, aided in part by favorable foreign exchange movements.
Margins Face Continued Pressure
Although revenue expanded, profitability remained under pressure. GAAP operating income totaled $95.4 million, while non-GAAP operating income reached $292 million, representing an 11.9% operating margin, down from 12.6% a year earlier. Adjusted EBITDA also declined slightly to $347.4 million, reflecting higher operating costs, restructuring expenses, and ongoing investments in the business. Management indicated that these pressures continue to weigh on margins even as demand for its services remains stable.
Record Cash Generation Highlights Financial Strength
One of the strongest aspects of the quarter was Concentrix’s cash generation. The company produced a record $257.9 million in operating cash flow and $242.3 million in adjusted free cash flow, providing additional financial flexibility for investments, shareholder returns, and debt management. Concentrix also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.36 per share, payable on August 4, 2026, to shareholders of record as of July 24, 2026, underscoring management’s confidence in the company’s cash-generating ability.
Guidance Reflects Measured Outlook
Looking ahead, Concentrix expects third-quarter revenue between $2.465 billion and $2.490 billion and projects full-year 2026 revenue of $9.925 billion to $10.025 billion. The company also forecasts full-year non-GAAP earnings per share of $10.83 to $11.18. While the outlook points to continued growth, it came in below some market expectations, contributing to a negative investor reaction following the earnings release.
Despite ongoing margin challenges, the latest filing highlights Concentrix’s resilient revenue base, strong cash flow generation, and continued investment in AI-powered customer experience solutions. Investors will be watching whether the company can improve profitability while sustaining growth and delivering on its full-year financial targets.
