As the U.S. military heavily pivots toward distributed operations and agile crisis response, the Department of Defense is leaning on robust industry partnerships to sustain its global footprint. In a massive defense logistics announcement, Grand Forks, North Dakota-based Integrity Technologies Corp. has officially secured a highly coveted Integrity Technologies US Navy contract award. Under this sweeping agreement, the small business enterprise will provide vital expeditionary support to U.S. Combatant Commands, coalition partners, and allied federal agencies worldwide.
Sustaining the Operational Theater
Awarded and overseen by the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract carries an enormous estimated value of $55 billion. The massive vehicle operates under the Worldwide Expeditionary multiple award contract (WEXMAC) program, designed to help the military rapidly set up, supply, and sustain theaters across all six phases of military operations.
Under the scope of the agreement, Integrity Technologies will deliver a broad spectrum of critical supplies and services. This includes comprehensive logistics for theater opening—such as reception, staging, onward movement, and integration—as well as ongoing sustainment and theater distribution. Additionally, the company will supply essential resources for humanitarian assistance, disaster relief, military exercises, lodging, and Defense Support of Civil Authorities missions, providing both land- and water-based operational support.
A Long-Term Runway for Logistics
The requirement was competitively procured via a full and open competition, which ultimately drew 36 offers from industry. Integrity Technologies will perform the required services concurrently with other companies previously named to the sprawling multiple-award vehicle.
The contract is structured with a substantial operational runway, featuring a base performance period running from August 2026 through December 2029. If the government elects to exercise an available five-year option, performance could extend all the way through December 2034, pushing the contract’s cumulative ceiling to a staggering $65 billion. While the Navy obligated a minimum of $500 in fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance funds at the time of the award, subsequent funding will be obligated at the individual task order level as specific requirements dictate.
Expanding Beyond Telecommunications
Securing a spot on the massive Navy WEXMAC vehicle represents a significant expansion for Integrity Technologies. Recognized by the U.S. Small Business Administration, the company became a nationwide telecommunications provider in mid-2023.
Historically focused on advancing wired and wireless telecommunications, satellite communications, and related consulting services, Integrity Technologies recently expanded its infrastructure footprint by forming a joint venture with an Alaska Native Corporation-affiliated partner to build a tribally owned fiber optic network. With this monumental Navy contract now in hand, the company is firmly positioning itself as a central player capable of delivering not just secure communications, but comprehensive physical logistics and expeditionary support to the U.S. military’s most demanding global operations.
