KIDZ AI has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Limestone Networks to deploy its AI inference computing infrastructure at the DFW3 data center in Dallas, Texas. The proposed deployment marks the first infrastructure milestone supporting the company’s demand-led “neocloud” strategy and its previously announced $44.6 million, 60-month GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave. While the MOU is non-binding, it lays the foundation for negotiating a definitive colocation agreement after final technical planning and capacity selection.
Dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell GPU Cluster Planned
The project centers on the deployment of a dedicated NVIDIA Blackwell B300 GPU cluster, designed specifically for high-throughput, cost-efficient inference workloads using open-weight AI models. The GPU infrastructure will be ordered and managed by KIDZ AI’s wholly owned subsidiary, Catalyst Compute LLC, enabling the company to expand beyond its education technology business into AI infrastructure services.
Flexible Data Center Capacity Under Evaluation
Under the MOU, the companies are evaluating two possible deployment configurations at the Dallas facility. The primary option is a dedicated data hall with approximately 1.125 megawatts (MW) of capacity, while an alternative would use two connected data halls if technical and networking requirements are met. Initial deployment is expected to begin with approximately 0.5 to 0.6 MW, with capacity increasing as GPU servers are delivered, installed, and commissioned.
Supporting the Canopy Wave Contract
The planned colocation is intended to provide the power, networking, and physical infrastructure required to fulfill KIDZ AI’s previously announced GPU compute services agreement with Canopy Wave. According to the company, securing enterprise demand before investing in infrastructure reflects its “demand-first, capacity-second” strategy, reducing speculative capital spending while ensuring computing resources are aligned with contracted customer needs.
Strategic Significance
The agreement represents an important operational step in KIDZ AI’s expansion into AI infrastructure and cloud computing. Rather than building capacity ahead of demand, the company is leveraging long-term customer commitments to guide infrastructure investments. If finalized, the Limestone Networks partnership would provide the computing environment needed to support inference-focused AI services while strengthening KIDZ AI’s position in the rapidly growing AI infrastructure market. The definitive colocation agreement remains subject to technical validation, commercial negotiations, and final execution by both parties.
